Our credit card merchant REQUIRES us to ship to billing address. This reduces fraud and is the safest shipping we can provide.
If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us BEFORE the order has shipped. Orders cancelled before shipping will be processed immediately and your refund should arrive within 3-10 days depending on your bank.
Orders that have shipped must go through our customer service before being returned. Please contact us within 14 days of DELIVERY for us to authorize a return. To receive full refund, we must be CONTACTED before 14 days and the product must be UNALTERED AND UNUSED. Any products that are used or beyond the 14 day mark must be approved through our tech team or customer service before return for refund can begin. In either of these cases the customer is responsible for paying the return shipment cost.
All products that are received incorrectly or defective will automatically result in a warranty exchange. Please contact our customer service through email for us to begin the warranty process and to get you a RMA label. For defective products please contact [email protected] and incorrect products contact [email protected] for the fastest response. In these cases all return shipping is provided and paid for.
In the instances when refunds are issued. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
We can ship to the USA only. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
