The Swampfox Blade 1x Prism was developed as a specialist optic for close quarters shooting, with home defense and American law enforcement use in mind. Blade is a true 1x, no magnification prism scope with an adjustable ocular and etched reticle, making it a great red dot substitute for shooters with astigmatism or other eye issues that make red dots unsuitable for them. Extremely forgiving eye relief and eye box characteristics make the Blade’s reticle extremely fast and instinctive to acquire. Instead of a BDC reticle to help with long distance shooting past 200 yards, Blade features the unique Bullet Rise Compensating reticle, providing compensation for the mechanical offset/ height over bore of the centerline of the optic vs. the rifle barrel. Holds are provided in the circle dot style reticle for 5, 10, 15, and 50 yards.
Blade’s integrated 1913 MIL-STD Picatinny mount also houses the CR123a battery powering ten reticle illumination brightness settings (two of those are Night Vision compatible). Blade features Shake ‘N Wake motion sensing illumination. After 225 seconds without movement, reticle illumination shuts down and the battery draws no power. As soon as the optic detects movement, the reticle immediately comes back on to the previously selected brightness level. Choose from red, green, or amber illumination (color blind shooters, you will love the amber option!). Like all Swampfox products, the Blade 1x prism is backed up by the 50,000 Round Guarantee.
