Gideon Optics Guardian 1-8×24 FFP LPVO Product Details

The Gideon Optics Guardian 1-8X FFP is an LPVO scope with a combination BDC/MOA reticle that zooms with your target image to keep your reference points consistent. This makes it a great choice for your tactical, hunting, or ranch custom gun, where you may need to engage targets rapidly at different ranges. Like all of Gideon’s products, this FFP scope is built to withstand real-world use and comes backed by their lifetime limited warranty against defects or failure. Fast Dynamic Target Acquisition

The Christmas tree-style reticle on the Gideon Optics Guardian 1-8X FFP lets you make on-the-fly adjustments to your windage and elevation without adjusting your scope’s zero. As you magnify your target, the reticle’s reference points stay on target for faster, more accurate longer-range shooting.

  • With a 24mm objective lens and 1-8X magnification, you see a 2.8-22.0° field of view, or 14.8-116.6 ft at 100 yards, through a 3.7-8.1mm exit pupil.
  • The first focal plane’s etched-glass BDC/MOA combination reticle provides better aiming under dynamic field conditions. Bold hashes or reference points each signify a 1 MOA deviation from zero.
  • 90mm (3.5”) eye relief is comfortable for most shooters.
  • The 30mm tube easily mounts with 30mm scope rings or Gideon Optics’ 30mm Guardian 1913 Picatinny rail mount. You can buy it separately or add it at a discounted price to your Guardian order.
  • The push/pull locking windage and elevation turrets are adjustable to ≥ 140 MOA at ½ MOA per click for precise zeroing.
  • The reticle in this FFP scope magnifies along with the target image to maintain consistent reference point placement on your target.
  • IPX7 waterproof and 1000g shockproof to survive real-world use.
  • Eleven brightness settings let you fine-tune your illumination for increased visibility or battery life.
  • A single CR-2032 battery will give you thousands of hours of service.
  • This scope weighs 17.6 oz and measures 273 mm in length to keep bulk to a minimum for a familiar weapon feel.
